The Medical/Surgical inpatient units are located on the lower level of Pen Bay Medical Center. Staffed by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants, both the north and south units have private rooms with views of Penobscot Bay or our beautiful landscaped gardens. The north unit also has a special pediatric section that includes a playroom and nurses experienced in caring for children.
